As with most things if you have a passion and dedication for it, you'll gain a detailed understanding of what you're working with. To this end, I've been working with coffee and gaining knowledge and insight for a long time. I've trained a lot of people who have gained a solid foundation to help them progress with their coffee ventures, whether that's securing work in the coffee industry or producing a better coffee in the home or workplace.

In a training session I cover the fundamentals of extracting coffee, but I'll also cover the principles of machines and grinders and the all important art of producing good milk. 
This course is designed to increase your understanding and ability to work comfortably with coffee, it is not a certified course at present.
